It can be literally anything

Career

Family

Friends

Your dog (challenging or otherwise!)

Yourself and what you've overcome!!

When you take time every day to think about everything in your life that you love you will default to being in a great mood.

Need help starting?

⭐️ Set an alarm on your phone to practice this gratitude every day (or multiple times a day!)

⭐️ Think about 3 things that you love about your life

⭐️ Write it down

Practicing gratitude daily and when you don't need it (Just like your dog's recall!)

Develops that positive mindset and energy

So when shtuff goes sideways and life gets stressful

You'll be able to call on that practice to find peace and strength in that moment.
